Jess is a city planner and works through MassDevelopment to support downtown revitalization projects in Gateway Cities. She currently works in Lawrence, a city on the banks of the Merrimack River, and is a new resident of Andover, MA. Jess holds a B.A. in History and Jewish Studies from University of California, Los Angeles and a M.A. in City Planning from Boston University. In her free time Jess enjoys spending time outdoors and testing out recipes for fermented foods.
