Bill joins MRWC as an experienced financial executive with 30 years’nexperience in the Aerospace industry.  A graduate of the University of Connecticut with a BS in Accounting and an MBA from Sacred Heart University, his background in finance and accounting, cash management, planning and analysis, government contracting, business systems and strategic planning provide a strong foundation for serving in the Treasurer’s position.  
In addition to his experience in Aerospace, Bill also has 15 years of board experience in varied organizations, largely non-profit, including service as Treasurer with Community Giving Tree which provides low-income families with basic necessities such as clothing, diapers and baby equipment across the Northshore and the Merrimack Valley.
A long-time resident of Boxford where Bill and his family enjoyed the many outdoor activities the watershed offers, he now resides in York Beach, Maine with his wife, Pamela.
