To Whom It May Concern:

The Merrimack River (Lowell Hydroelectric Project headpond) upstream of the Pawtucket Dam will be drawn in the near future to accommodate river debris removal by the Clean River Project.  The target headpond elevation for the work is approximately 1.5’ below normal level, and should be achieved by the morning of Friday, July 9, 2010.  The impoundment will be held below normal pond for a period of about four days after which headpond refill to normal levels will begin. Planned work, headpond elevation and schedules are dependent upon prevailing weather and river conditions.  If you have any questions or need additional information regarding this impoundment draw, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Sincerely yours,

BOOTT HYDROPOWER, INC.
